After careful consideration, the Club’s Board of Directors has decided to increase the membership dues beginning on July 1, 2017.
The reason for this increase is simply to increase revenues available for operating expenses, which now include a substantial lease payment.
An alternative to increasing the dues would have been to use up existing reserves to fund operating expenses, instead of supporting the capital projects for which those reserves were set aside. The capital projects will support improvements in safety and facilities, none of which are optional. In short, the dues increases are unavoidable and inevitable.
The new dues rates are:

*Regular members who are at least 62 years of age and have been a member for a full year when the membership year begins on July 1 are classified as Senior members and pay reduced dues. Every member who is eligible for Senior level has already been promoted for this year.
