The sale will be in the Clubhouse and its porches only.
One space per family will be allocated on a reserved basis only.
- NO FIREARMS or EXPLOSIVES may be sold or transferred at this event
- Ammunition is not considered an Explosive at this event
- Space will be allocated on a first come first served basis (one per family). This will be determined strictly by receipt of email AFTER 12:00p on August 1, 2017. In your email you must list your order of preference for table/space from the following:
4 foot (1/2) of a shared table 8 available 8 foot table 4 available 5 foot table 8 available
Picnic Table 4 available 8 feet of porch space 11 available 6 feet of porch space 4 available
- A small amount of non-reserved tables are available on a first come/first served basis
- Personal tables are authorized providing they fit within your reserved space
- Check with a RSO or the ERO for lost and found PRIOR to the event
- A Confirmation email will be sent to those assigned tables the evening of the 11th
